By accessing or using the Jet Inventory website, software, or any related services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

Jet Inventory is intended for business users, including business owners, employees, and authorized representatives.

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

By using the Service, you agree to provide accurate information and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Accounts

Certain features of Jet Inventory may require you to create an account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted through your account.

You agree to:

• Protect your login credentials.
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access or suspected security breach.

Jetboosters Lda is not responsible for unauthorized account activity resulting from your failure to protect your credentials, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Jet Inventory may offer free and paid subscription plans for business users.

4.1 Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed according to the billing period and payment terms selected during the purchase process.

Subscription fees, billing frequency, applicable taxes, and accepted payment methods will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

You authorize Jetboosters Lda or its designated payment provider to charge the applicable subscription fees using your selected payment method.

4.2 Subscription Renewal

Paid subscriptions may renew automatically according to the billing terms presented at the time of purchase.

Where automatic renewal applies, you may cancel your subscription before the next renewal date through your account or by contacting us.

4.3 Managing and Canceling

You may cancel your subscription through the available account settings or by contacting Jetboosters Lda at info@jet-inventory

Cancellation will take effect according to the subscription terms applicable to your plan. Unless otherwise stated or required by law, cancellation does not automatically provide a refund for fees already paid.

4.4 Refunds

Subscription payments are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or expressly stated in the applicable subscription terms.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory statutory rights or remedies available to you under applicable law.

4.5 Price Changes

Jetboosters Lda may change subscription prices from time to time.

Any price change will apply in accordance with applicable law and the billing terms communicated to you. Where required, we will provide advance notice of material pricing changes.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity, security, or performance of the Service.
• Use automated means, including bots or scrapers, to access the Service without our prior written consent.
• Upload malicious software, harmful code, or content that infringes the rights of others.

You may upload, enter, import, or otherwise submit business information through Jet Inventory, including product details, inventory records, stock information, and other operational data (“User Content”).

You retain ownership of your User Content.

You grant Jetboosters Lda a limited license to host, store, process, and display your User Content only as necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Service, or as otherwise permitted by applicable law.

You are responsible for ensuring that:

• You have the necessary rights and permissions to submit your User Content.
• Your User Content is accurate and lawful.
• Your use of the Service complies with applicable laws.
• You maintain appropriate backups of your business records.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, software, branding, logos, text, graphics, and other materials provided by Jetboosters Lda, is owned by or licensed to Jetboosters Lda and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes during your active subscription.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works from the Service or its materials except as expressly permitted by these Terms or applicable law.

You retain ownership of content you upload, subject to the license described in Section 6.

8. Third-Party Services and Integrations

Jet Inventory may integrate with third-party platforms, software, APIs, payment providers, sales channels, or other services.

Your use of third-party services may be subject to the respective third party’s own terms and privacy policies.

Jetboosters Lda is not responsible for third-party services to the extent that issues arise from matters outside our reasonable control, subject to applicable law.

Third-party integrations may be modified, suspended, or discontinued where necessary for technical, legal, commercial, or security reasons.

9. Service Availability and Maintenance

We aim to provide a reliable Service, but we do not guarantee that Jet Inventory will always be available, uninterrupted, or free from errors.

The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, security measures, third-party service interruptions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We will take reasonable steps to maintain and restore the Service where appropriate.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will meet every specific business requirement.
• Inventory information will always be error-free or immediately synchronized.
• Third-party integrations will remain available or operate without interruption.
• The Service will prevent all inventory discrepancies, operational errors, or business losses.

Jet Inventory is a software tool intended to support inventory management. You remain responsible for verifying your business records, stock information, and decisions made using the Service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any warranty or legal protection that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jetboosters Lda shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service.

This includes, to the extent permitted by law, loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, goodwill, or data.

Our total liability arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be limited to the amount of subscription fees paid by you to Jetboosters Lda for the Service during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, except where a different limitation is required by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

12. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jetboosters Lda, its officers, employees, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from:

• Your unlawful or unauthorized use of the Service.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your User Content or infringement of third-party rights.
• Your failure to comply with applicable laws or obtain necessary permissions.

This section does not apply to the extent that the claim results from Jetboosters Lda’s own unlawful conduct or liability that cannot legally be transferred to you.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you materially violate these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, create a security or legal risk, or where termination is required by law.

Where appropriate and legally permitted, we will provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to remedy a breach before termination.

You may stop using the Service or cancel your subscription at any time in accordance with the applicable cancellation terms.

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service will end.
• Outstanding payment obligations will remain due.
• Provisions concerning intellectual property, user data, liability, and dispute resolution may continue to apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Service, legal requirements, or business operations.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with any applicable subscription terms and referenced policies, constitute the agreement between you and Jetboosters Lda concerning the Service.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce it later.

Assignment: You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent, except where permitted by law. We may assign these Terms as part of a merger, restructuring, or transfer of our business, subject to applicable legal requirements.

Force Majeure: We will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, subject to applicable law.
